Welcome to FESC. FESC was established in 2008 when the Faculty of Environmental Science became the Center for Environmental and Development Studies (CESS). The purpose of FESC is to disseminate and promote research on biodiversity in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and to cooperate in research on biodiversity at the national, regional and international levels to implement biodiversity protection in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
